ParkPerks is operated by Inexcelsis, LLC doing business as NanoScript. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

Accounts hold an email address, a display name, and a password (stored hashed). Your display name appears on your reviews and, if you win, on giveaway results. Your email is never shown publicly.

Checking in sends your device location once, at the moment you tap check in, so we can confirm you are at the park. We store that check-in position and time. We do not track your location in the background, ever.

Photos you upload are reviewed before they appear publicly. We strip camera metadata (including embedded GPS coordinates) from every uploaded photo. Please do not upload photos with recognizable people in them; we reject those in review.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not sell personal data. Aggregate, non-personal statistics (for example, how many check-ins a park received) may be shared publicly and with park operators; nothing in those reports identifies you.
