ParkPerks is a community park discovery service operated by Inexcelsis, LLC doing business as NanoScript. By using it you agree to these terms.

Park information is community-contributed and provided as-is. Conditions change; always use your own judgment about whether a park is safe and suitable for your family. ParkPerks does not operate or maintain any park.

Check-ins must reflect real visits. Content you submit (photos, reviews, reports) must be yours, must be appropriate for a family audience, and must not include identifiable images of other people's children. You grant us a license to display submitted content in the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that abuse the service, game the points system, or submit false information.

Points have no cash value and can change or reset as the program evolves. Giveaways are periodic drawings; entries come from verified check-ins during the giveaway window, no purchase necessary. Winners are contacted at their account email. We may disqualify entries that show signs of location falsification.
